Where will my driver meet me and how will i recognise him? |

At all Airports and Cruise Terminals, your driver will meet you direct from the arrival hall and have your name on one of our meeting boards. |

How much deposit do i have to pay? |

We require a 25% booking deposit, the balance can be paid either on the day or in advance whatever is more convenient to you. |

Are there any other charges like Airport Car Parking to be added? |

No at ICS we have an efficient flight monitoring system hence we spend minimum time in the car parks. the price quoted is all fully inclusive. |

How old are your vehicles? |

At ICS we usually keep vehicles on the fleet for no longer than 3 yrs. |

What is your cancellation policy? |

Providing we are given 1 months notice your deposit is fully refunded, under 1 months notice if your vehicle is re-hired again a full refund, if it's not possible to re-hire it then only the deposit is retained by ICS all other monies are refunded. |
